HERE ARE THE 5 STEPS YOU SHOULD TAKE IN YOUR INSURANCE CLAIMS
#1. PROPERTY INSPECTION
Make sure to have your property inspected by one of our professional before you file a claim.
#2. REVIEW INSPECTION
We review inspection findings together and decided the best course of actions, whether you need repairs or actually need to file a claim.
#3. CALIM IS FILED/ADJUSTER APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED
An adjuster is assigned to your claim and schedule to come out to inspect your property. We make sure we meet them to go over damages together on the site.
#4.CLAIM APPROVED/ANALYZE ESTIMATE
After a claim is approved, you will receive an initial insurance estimate. We will sit down and go over this paperwork to make sure it makes sense and the estimate provides everything necessary to move forward with the project. If the estimate is lacking the correct payment, we may need to supplement (Meaning- We may need to re-estimate include anything that was missed.) in order to move forward with the project.
#5. SCHEDULE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
Once we come to an agreement with insurance company, we will schedule all work and make the reconstruction project going.
